Introductory address to the 7th conference on Harmonisation

At the 7th International conference on Harmonisation within Atmospheric Dispersion Modelling for Regulatory Purposes (Belgirate, May 2001), H.R. Olesen gave an introductory address entitled "Ten years of Harmonisation activities: Past, present and future".
